Ink Monkey is all about convenience. We now use ecards through Square Up for both gift cards and deposits. We appreciate your trust in us to provide your next tattoo. We do not take it lightly and want you to have the best experience here at INK MONKEY TATTOO, LLC. Gift cards are good for one year unless you are advised otherwise because of a seasonal promotion. They are non-refundable but are transferrable.

YOU MUST READ THE BELOW PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, your deposit will come out of the price of the tattoo.

Do NOT pay a deposit unless you have spoken to an artist. By making a deposit, you are agreeing to show up on the date and at the time of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferrable.

There is a minimum deposit of $50 for any custom drawing and/or appointment. For large pieces, you may be asked to pay a $100 deposit.

The amount of the deposit is determined by your artist, not INK MONKEY TATTOO, LLC.

If you have been asked to pay a $100 deposit that means your artist has reserved a minimum of 4 hours for your tattoo. These tattoos require a 72-hour notice to reschedule. Smaller tattoos that require a $50 deposit require a 48-hour notice to reschedule. If notice is not given, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.

If you are getting a custom drawn tattoo, we require at least a week’s notice for design changes. We will try to accommodate any change requests up to 72 hours prior but based on the requested changes, your artist may ask you to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive at your scheduled time and request major changes without notice, YOU WILL LIKELY LOSE YOUR APPOINTMENT and YOUR DEPOSIT.

Although we understand that things happen, we will try to work with you. Please understand that we need time to fill your spot. Our artists and their families depend on the expected income from your appointment. By electronically signing the below, you understand and agree to the above terms.
